The nicest place to stay when travelling to Edinburgh. Fairly clean and adorable place, fantastic breakfast with a wide range of options. Top-notch and good sized room, extremely comfy bed, free parking. Top-notch service, a good restaurant on site.

I really enjoyed this Victorian hotel and stayed for 1 night here. My room was top-notch and great-sized with extremely clean bathroom, a nice hot shower, a great view, it accommodated me perfectly. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable and there was lots of food to choose from. The service was impeccable and the food was good. They offered ironing at no cost too.

Every detail was really perfect and I liked it. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful and the entire staff was very amiable! Perfect location next to non-touristic pubs, bars and restaurants, the Kingsway, and train station, I felt safe.

The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable with special touches and with good food. This location was magnificent, adjacent to the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, Princes Street, Arthur's Seat and much more, buses that will all go into the center of town, and several nice restaurants.
The setting was a bit far from the city center.
